Green Waste Drop-off Events – Truckee residents can drop off green waste for free. No bags please!

2025 Green Waste Drop-off Events

8 am – 1 pm

  • Friday, May 30: corner of Northwoods Blvd. and Slalom Way, Tahoe Donner (Please enter on Northwoods Blvd from the east.)
  • Saturday, June 28: Truckee Rodeo Grounds
  • Friday, July 11: Truckee Rodeo Grounds

Self-service: drop-off your residential yard waste. Please limit loads to three yards per trip. Please, no bags, rocks, dirt, commercial yard waste, rounds larger than 24 inches, stumps, boards, or trash.
