For Multi-family/Apartments
As a renter, you should know that trash pickup and recycling services are mandatory for all multi-family residential complexes. Please place trash directly into your property’s dumpster, cart or compactor without any overnight pitstops in the hallway, stairwells or balcony. Be sure to take advantage of the blue recycling carts in your complex for your recyclables, too. Check with your property management about additional recycling services, such as a designated dumpster for flattened cardboard boxes.
Bulky Item Pick-Up
You are allotted one free bulky item pickup, per unit, annually, such as:
- A mattress, couch, etc.
- Up to three yards of recyclable materials, e-waste, and hazardous waste
