Truckee’s Foodware Reduction Ordinance (effective 1/1/2024) requires:
- $0.25 fee for each disposable cup and takeout container provided with to-go orders
- reusable dishware must be provided for on-site dining
- disposable accessory foodware items (utensils, condiments, etc.) must only be provided if requested by the customer.
