About
Save the Date: Truckee Day 2025 will be Saturday, June 7!
Truckee Day is an annual town-wide litter cleanup, always the first Saturday in June!
Participants will meet at neighborhood check-in stations between 8 a.m. – 10 a.m. to receive supplies and a road assignment. Participants will collect litter from 9 a.m. to noon along Truckee streets and trails in designated orange bags. Please leave your bags on the edge of the street and they will be collected by TTSD the following week. Children are welcome if they are accompanied by a responsible adult.
Following the cleanup, celebrate your hard work at a town-wide block party from 12 – 2 p.m. at the Truckee River Regional Park! Celebrate with a free BBQ lunch, live music, and a community expo. Ride your bike to the park: a FREE bike valet is provided by Truckee Trails Foundation!
