Municipal Alternative Fuel Vehicles
This information tracks the percentage of vehicles in the Town’s fleet, across all departments, that utilize alternative energy, including electric, hybrid, or renewable diesel vehicles.
The Town of Truckee is constantly looking to incorporate alternative fuel or electric vehicles into the Town’s fleet. The Police Department recently purchased two all-electric vehicles (UTV and motorcycle) for use on our trails network and parking enforcement.
